Monthly Sound Baths

Our monthly sound baths are at the heart of Resonance.

Each one-hour experience begins with a 10-minute guided meditation to help you settle in and become present. The meditation is followed by approximately 30 minutes of sound from seven crystal singing bowls, allowing you to relax and experience the tones in whatever way feels most comfortable to you. We close with time for sharing and connection.

There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.

• Lie down on a yoga mat

• Use a pillow and blanket if you'd like

• Sit comfortably in a chair

• Keep your eyes open or closed

• Simply listen and allow yourself to be present

No previous experience is necessary.

Sound baths are currently offered once a month at each participating location throughout Northern New England.
